Every new listing kicks off the same scramble: someone has to make the video, size the photos for Instagram, write captions that won't run afoul of Fair Housing, build a flyer for the open house, and then redo half of it a week later when the open house is scheduled — and again when the sale closes. Multiply that by every listing, every agent, every month. Most agents either burn hours in design apps or just… skip it.
TourKit started as an internal tool for one brokerage's listings. The brief was simple: upload the photos once, get everything back in a couple of minutes, and make it look like the brokerage made it — not a template factory. It worked so well that turning it into a product other agents and brokerages could use was the obvious next step.
