Why new construction needs more marketing, not less
New homes compete with every other listing in the feed, and often with other homes in the same community. Buyers scroll past a gallery of similar floor plans; a short branded video of the finished home — shot in the model or the completed spec — gives them a reason to stop and book a tour.
The challenge is volume. A builder or new-home sales team can have several homes finishing in the same month, and hiring a videographer and designer for each one rarely pencils out. TourKit builds the kit from the photos you already commission, in about two minutes per home.
How credits work for a community
A credit covers one address. Each home — spec or sold-to-order — is its own listing, and every campaign on it after that (open house, price change, under contract, sold) is free. Plans cover 10, 40, or 150 homes a month; see pricing.
A note on renderings
TourKit animates the images you upload. If you use renderings or virtual staging instead of photos of the finished home, label them as your MLS and state rules require — TourKit doesn't add that label for you.
