Pricing questions
What counts as a credit? +
One listing address = one credit. Every campaign you run on that listing afterward — Open House, Price Improved, Pending, Just Sold — is free. You are never charged twice for the same property.
Do unused listings roll over? +
No — your listing count resets at the start of each billing period, like most subscription tools. Pick the plan that matches a typical month; you can change plans anytime.
How do extra seats work? +
Pro and Brokerage plans can add team members at $10/month per extra seat, billed on the same subscription. Each agent gets their own login and their own agent card on the kits they create.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month? +
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference automatically — you only ever pay for what you use.
How do I cancel? +
From your Billing page, one click into the Stripe portal — no emails, no phone calls. You keep full access through the end of your paid period.
What payment methods do you accept? +
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
